Testicular germ cell tumours are rare, highly curable neoplasms that generally occur in young patients. In all histological categories, except for pure seminomas,
prognosis was determined within the 24 months after diagnosis. Despite better observed survival rates, patients with pure seminomas, without or with metachronous concomitant non-testicular malignancies, need long time followup strategy.
